Space Route 66

Here is the Cycles render. It hasn’t been de-noised, but I think it’s alright. Rendering is probably where I feel the least comfortable with Blender right now.

This lesson (from Polygon Runway) was a little slow going for me, mostly because I swapped computers in the middle of it, going from learning Blender on a Mac to learning on a Surface. (Why I switched is a whole other story, but it’s been a good change, especially for things like this.)

I don’t think I’m anywhere near being ready to make my own models from scratch, but I’m picking up the tool pretty well, and aside from misplacing origin points and sometimes hitting a random key stroke that throws the whole scene off, I’m getting the hang of it, and also really enjoying the process.
